Provide gas separation from crude oil, production monitoring, free water knock out from crude oil by heating and de-emulsifier injection, produced water flotation and reservoir injection. Process based on continuous level control for crude oil and separate water, water injection using centrifugal pumps driven by frequency inverters. Crude oil flow rate 500 ÷ 5.000 m³/day.

Gas is compressed with various compressors that meet the application specific requirements. Gas flow rate: 2,000,000 Nm³/day; suction / discharge pressure: 4÷6 bar / 40÷50 bar.
